21 February/International Mother language day (মাতৃভাষা দিবস)

21th February is a great day in our life. Every year we celebrate this day with much honour and respect. It is one of the most important and remarkable days in our life. Because it has a great history. Many people sacrificed their lives for it. The day is observed in a great way. All educational institutions, political pasties and organization arrange different types of programs. Many organizations also bring out colol ful rallies. Daily news papers publish special supplements. TV channels telecast special programs. Most of the important buildings are decorated nicely. The day bears an important significance (ছিগনিফিকেনচ) for us. All kinds of people show respect and honour for the martyrs. The day inspires us to sacrifice ourপূর্ণ। interest for the country. In fact, 21" February is a great day of hope and inspiration.

২১শে ফেব্রুয়ারি আমাদের জীবনের একটি মহান দিন। প্রতি বছর আমরা এই দিনটি অত্যন্ত সম্মান ও শ্রদ্ধার সঙ্গে পালন করি। এটি আমাদের জীবনের অন্যতম গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ও স্মরণীয় দিন। কারণ এর পেছনে রয়েছে এক গৌরবময় ইতিহাস। অনেক মানুষ এই দিনের জন্য তাদের জীবন উৎসর্গ করেছিলেন। দিনটি অত্যন্ত মর্যাদার সঙ্গে পালন করা হয়। সকল শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠান, রাজনৈতিক দল এবং বিভিন্ন সংগঠন নানা ধরনের অনুষ্ঠানের আয়োজন করে। অনেক সংগঠন বর্ণাঢ্য র‍্যালিও বের করে। দৈনিক পত্রিকাগুলো বিশেষ ক্রোড়পত্র প্রকাশ করে। টেলিভিশন চ্যানেলগুলো বিশেষ অনুষ্ঠান সম্প্রচার করে। গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভবনগুলো সুন্দরভাবে সাজানো হয়। দিনটি আমাদের জন্য অত্যন্ত তাৎপর্যপূর্ণ। সকল শ্রেণি-পেশার মানুষ ভাষা শহীদদের প্রতি শ্রদ্ধা ও সম্মান প্রদর্শন করে। এই দিন আমাদের দেশের জন্য নিজের স্বার্থ ত্যাগ করতে অনুপ্রাণিত করে। প্রকৃতপক্ষে, ২১শে ফেব্রুয়ারি আশা ও প্রেরণার এক মহান দিন।
